Over the course of her 15 plus year career, Mrs. Britton has served the vast majority of the senior population. Serving low income facilities to building high end Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. After Mrs. Britton left the Agency for Healthcare Administration as a Healthcare Investigator, she saw the struggles communities were facing and wanted to be a resource to those in need. LPS Healthcare Solutions was founded shortly after Mrs. Britton departed from AHCA, providing educational resources and consulting services to ALFs, Investors, and Management Companies.
